Benefficiency

Total Compensation & Benefit Statements

The Challenge

Few employees know what employers and plan sponsors know well: the true cost and value of benefits. Further, few employees realize the hidden value of company paid 'benefits', such as the monetized value of holidays, vacation and sick days, coffee, holiday parties, uniforms, and other under-valued costs of employment such as employment taxes and statutory benefits.

The Solution

Benefficiency Total Compensation and Benefit Statements provide a means to showcase each individual employee's compensation package, highlighting the value of the benefits plan and other under-valued compensation elements paid on behalf of employees.

Designed for Clarity
Every client has unique needs in the areas of content and visual design/layout, so MNIS works collaboratively with you to find a design to meet your goals. Standard templates are available as a starting point; these work well for most groups. And, of course, enhancements or modifications are available. MNIS works with you to identify important benefits and plan overviews, as well as statutory benefits that are often overlooked.
Published to Employees
Once finalized, each individualized benefit statement is presented on the secure, password protected Benefficiency website for individual employees to view, download or print. MNIS also provides optional bulk printing and distribution services.
